Virtual Fun Run/Walk Looking to Support Local Non-Profit and Promote Healthy Lifestyle

Albuquerque, NM – March 23, 2021 – WiseChoice Foods LLC announced today the 2021 WiseInitiative Supporting Community Fundraiser with the inaugural 5K Pizza Fun Run/Walk as a virtual event to allow everyone anywhere to participate with their close family or friends in a COVID-safe way based on their own schedules. The Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Mexico was selected as the beneficiary for this fundraiser with 100% of net proceeds going back to the organization. Early-bird registration is currently open now for only $39 plus fees with the price increasing to $49 plus fees on April 12, 2021. As a virtual run, we encourage activities to take place from April 24, 2021 to May 2, 2021 on a 5K route chosen by the participant.

All participants will get a t-shirt or tank top, a numbered participant bib, as well as a frozen WisePies Pizza for those who are able to pickup their packets. Frozen pizzas are not eligible for shipping at this time. Route suggestions and free activity app links will also be provided to support the virtual 5k. Emails will be sent out to support the visibility of the event and remind participants of the timeline.
