Pepperoni Mega Bites - This new mega bite is shaped into a fun mini-calzone and is stuffed full of classic beef pepperoni, shreds of a special four cheese blend of mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, and Romano cheeses and the proprietary roasted red bell pepper marinara sauce.

Cooking Tips

How to cook WisePies Mega Bites

  1. Keep frozen until you’re ready to cook your delicious WisePies Mega Bites.
  2. Choose your cooking method: Air Fryer, Microwave, or Oven
  3. Air Fryer: Set to 400 degrees and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Microwave: Place 5 Mega Bites on a microwave safe plate, cover to prevent splatter, and cook for 1:30 mins.
  5. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place Mega Bites in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let stand for 2 minutes after cooking before enjoying!

Cooking Tips

  • For a softer crust, cook in the microwave.
  • Cooking safety and quality – WisePies Pizza products must be cooked to the internal temperature of 165˚ F. After baking, allow to sit for 2 minutes before eating as the Mega Bites will be very hot.
  • You may turn your Mega Bites halfway through the stated cook time on the bag. As most home ovens have hot spots, this helps you achieve even browning around all edges.
